FAQ

Questions about testing, prices and results.

Find out what we test, how to order and what your report includes.

Who is the service for?

Kenya-based founders, startups, and small businesses buying testing for a mobile app, website, or desktop application.

What does a tester submit?

Testers explain what went wrong, how to repeat it and which device they used. Screenshots or recordings help your team see the problem. We review the results before sending your report.

Can I choose how many testers I need?

Yes. Choose a testing plan and the number of people you want. We check that testers with the right devices are available before you pay.

How is the total calculated?

Your total depends on the testing tier and number of testers you choose. Review the full price before you pay.

How do retests work?

Start a paid retest from a previous order to check its reported problems again. It uses the original product details and instructions. To test new features or another product, place a new order.

Can testers sign a confidentiality agreement?

Yes. You can require an NDA, a confidentiality agreement, before testers can see your product and access details.

How do I share my app or website?

For Android, upload your app file (APK) in the order form or share a testing link. For iPhone, share an App Store testing or Firebase App Distribution link. For a website, add its address. For computer software, share a private download page. Other installation files cannot be uploaded directly.

When can I dispute a report?

You have seven days after report publication to accept it, ask for clarification, or open a dispute.

What happens if fewer testers are recruited?

You may accept a smaller group with a transparent refund for the unfilled slots or cancel under the refund policy.

Does the service guarantee every issue will be found?

No. Your report covers the tasks, devices and dates agreed for your test.
