Privacy notice
Kenyan Testers is owned and operated by its parent company, Parzo Limited, which is responsible for the personal data described in this notice. This notice explains how we use personal data for customer projects, tester applications, payments, support, and marketplace safety.
Data collected
Customer records may include name, business name, county, verified email, project information, and a Kenyan M-Pesa number. Tester records may also include legal identity evidence, device inventory, experience, availability, sample work, and confidentiality acceptance.
How data is used
Data is used to create accounts, match testers, control project access, process and reconcile payments, publish reports, prevent abuse, provide support, send service notifications, and keep required audit records.
Tester risk signals
On authenticated tester surfaces, the service may collect a pseudonymous device and browser signal with account history, a first-party device token, verified M-Pesa number, coarse network risk, declared devices, and action timing. A fingerprint match alone does not cause an adverse outcome.
Private records
Identity evidence, full payment details, raw risk inputs, cross-account matches, and secure project credentials are restricted to authorised roles. Customers and other testers do not receive private tester contact or identity data.
Retention and rights
Data is retained only as needed for the account, active projects, payment records, disputes, safety review, and legal duties. Users may request access, correction, account closure, or deletion, subject to active disputes, legal holds, and valid record-keeping requirements.
Security
Project access is role- and assignment-based. Sensitive actions such as identity-document views and credential reveals are logged. Users should keep account credentials private and report suspected unauthorised access through authenticated support.
