Terms of service
These terms govern your use of the Kenyan Testers website and testing services. Your agreement is with Parzo Limited, the parent company that owns and operates Kenyan Testers. In these terms, ‘we’, ‘us’, and ‘our’ mean Parzo Limited, operating as Kenyan Testers.
1. Service scope
Kenyan Testers is a Kenya-only marketplace for testing mobile apps, websites, and desktop applications through vetted Kenyan testers. The service delivers a curated findings report for the agreed brief and environments.
Launch excludes physical visits, penetration testing, code security audits, destructive load testing, Linux testing, and direct executable uploads.
2. Accounts and roles
Customer and tester roles are separate. Tester eligibility requires age 18 or older, residence in Kenya, a valid Kenyan M-Pesa number, identity review, device information, confidentiality acceptance, and a sample assessment. Admin accounts are not created publicly.
3. Orders and access
Customers must provide an accurate brief, secure distribution links, lawful test access, and any required temporary credentials. Testers may use project material only for the assigned work. Direct customer-to-tester contact is not part of the service.
4. Pricing and payment
An initial order combines the tier tester rate multiplied by tester quantity with one tier platform fee. Retests are separate paid orders. Quotes may expire and capacity is rechecked before payment.
5. Reports and review
Reports are limited to the agreed scope, assigned testers, environments, and dates. Customers have seven days after publication to accept, request clarification, or open a dispute. The service does not guarantee that every issue will be found.
6. Acceptable use
Users must not submit unlawful material, misuse another person’s identity or payment details, bypass project access controls, contact participants outside the moderated service, or use testing access beyond the project brief.
